Networks we're involved in

Uniting works as part of the Uniting Church and with other community organisations and networks, to advocate for social change. We are Uniting for a better world and we know we can’t do it alone.

Uniting Church Social Justice Forum

The Social Justice Forum is a group of representatives from the Uniting Church Synod of NSW ACT and its community services. The group identifies and acts upon social justice issues.

The Forum is one way the tradition of social justice advocacy continues in the church today.

We equip individuals, congregations and the Synod to take an active role in building a just society.  Social justice is integral to Christian discipleship. This is an expression of our holistic faith.

Sydney Alliance

The Sydney Alliance is a citizen’s coalition with a vision to make the city a better place to live.

The alliance creates a space where organisations can come together to respond to citizens’ problems collectively. Relationship building, leadership development, action and reflection are core to the work of the alliance.

We believe in their work, that’s why Uniting is a proud partner organisation.
