Changes to Uniting grants programs

The Innovative Grants Program is a part of the Board’s commitment to “Uniting for the Common Good” and the mission of Christ in the world, and as part of that commitment an evaluation of grant projects delivered over the past few years, and an evaluation of best practice in grant funding was conducted. As a result we have:

  • Combined the Norman and Florence Price Memorial Trust funds with funding for Capacity grants no further separate Price Trust grants will be offered, and
  • Designed a new grant-making framework to enable larger projects with greater impact, possibly spanning years, which we plan to introduce progressively over the next couple of years.

We feel this is an exciting opportunity for mission in local communities, and would be available to discuss with you how to create these larger and more significant projects.
