Research is important at Uniting. That's why we have a dedicated team of researchers and campaigners.
Our research team influences public policy and opinion by working with our services and identifying how we can create a better, fairer community.
With the support of the Uniting Church and the community, campaigns that matter are brought to life, transforming communities by challenging systems and structures that impact lives.
Uniting regularly undertakes and participates in research and tertiary projects to ensure our services are state of the art and worldwide practices are advanced.
We also proudly support tertiary students in their training.
Research ethics matter. Our Research Advisory Group approves projects that involves Uniting clients, staff or volunteers.
With 12 members, the team consists of six external academic appointments, a representative from the Uniting Church and staff from Uniting.
