We offer personalised exercise and movement programs in a safe and comfortable environment.

Membership options

We have three different membership options. Choose what's right for you:

Active ageing starter pack

Members start out on the Active Ageing Starter Pack which includes:

  • An initial 30 minute health and fitness check
  • A personalised program to suit your needs
  • 12 gym visits
  • A review of your program and report.

Once you’ve completed the Active Ageing Starter Pack, you have the option to take up our Premium Membership or visit us using a casual pass.

Premium membership

The Premium membership is available for three or 12 month blocks and includes:

  • An updated health and fitness check
  • A personalised program to suit your needs
  • Access to all group classes.

Casual visits

If you would prefer to visit us every now and then, that’s okay too. We offer single visits or 10 visit passes.

We’d love to work with you to help achieve your health and well-being goals. Here are the steps to get started:

  1. Contact us to discuss our membership options and to organise a time to see our facilities
  2. Visit your General Practitioner for a referral
  3. Make an appointment for your first visit and to get started with a health and fitness check.

We operate out of four convenient locations:

  • Canberra – Uniting Amala, 200 Woodcock Drive, Gordon, ACT
  • Central West – 76 Kite Street, Orange (next to St John’s Uniting Church)
  • Eastern Suburbs – War Memorial Hospital, 125 Birrell Street, Waverley
  • Inner West – Audrey Hawkins Community Centre, 1 Glover Street, Lilyfield
  • Northern Suburbs – Uniting Chapman Close Chatswood, 2 Chapman Avenue, Chatswood
