We're here to help build a stable future for you and your family. We’re here for families who are at risk of becoming homeless or are struggling to find stable housing. We work side-by-side with families to overcome housing challenges, and to secure and maintain stable accommodation.
We also provide services for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
What we offer
We offer a range of services to help you overcome the varied challenges you face and break the cycle of homelessness:
- Referral advice
- Living skills programs
- Family mediation
- Assistance with health services and employment support
- Access to childcare
- In some instances; financial assistance for accommodation issues
- Support in obtaining crisis accommodation.
Our programs to support families or young people at risk of homelessness are covered under various funding arrangements and are completely free to families.
It doesn’t matter if you are self-referred, government or non-government agency referred, you’re not alone. We’re here to help.
We also help people over the age of 60 (or over 50 years of age for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Elders) who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.
Our customer service team is available from Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm AEST.
Please note, on the Australia Day public holiday our customer service operating hours will be reduced, normal hours will resume on Monday 29 January.
